You control your private keys and recovery phrase. NVXO does not hold them, cannot move your assets, and cannot restore access if you lose them. You are responsible for checking addresses, networks, assets, and fees before approving a transaction.

Transactions are submitted to third-party blockchain networks. Confirmation time, fees, reversibility, and availability depend on those networks, not NVXO. A message or payment request is not proof of final blockchain settlement.

You must follow applicable law and must not use the service to harm others, bypass security, distribute malware, impersonate others, or facilitate unlawful activity. You confirm that you are not subject to applicable sanctions, including sanctions maintained by the UN Security Council and relevant national authorities.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you send. You grant us only the rights needed to deliver it. You are responsible for ensuring your content and communications are lawful.

7. Third-party services

Blockchains, tokens, dApps, app stores, and other services are operated by third parties under their own terms. NVXO does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.

8. Intellectual property

NVXO and its licensors retain rights in the app, website, branding, and related materials, except for third-party open-source software governed by its own licences.

9. Disclaimers and risk

Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in the service is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
